it was decided that the Court of
General Sessions which is scheduled
for next Monday will not be called
off. hut will be held, at least till ell

feel that the prisoners in jail should
have a speedy trial and either be

glass windows of the Fraternal
Realty building. The young man
was attempting to turn when the
brakes failed to work, the car clear
ing the side walk and crashing Into
the right hand window^ breaking
both side and front glass. Quite a
large crowd collected in a short
while, and were glad to know that
