Injunction Vo restrain two county executive committeemen of Beau, fort county was refused by Judge Peurifoy Friday. If the contestants had been seated It would have given' the control of thia committee to-the Sande.rs-Talbird-Danner faction. Growing out of tho election*’1m . the Beaufort Democratic Club, and the Sea£rook Club, held ‘In April, a contest has been carried on against the seating of Mr. Kirkland on the county executive committee to rep resent the Beaufort Chib and Mr. Hlnely o represent the Seabrook Clob. Mr. W. F. Sanders claimed the Beaufort seat anrf Mr. M. Keyserilng that of Seabrook. The contestants lost before the bounty convention, and took he fight to the State convention where they lost by a vote of over three to one. They then took the matter to the State courts and asked for an in junction to prevent the above named gentlemen from acting. Mr. Geo. W. Beckett represented Messrs.
