stone. secretary of the State board
of charities and corrections.' is one of
the unique exhibits in the State
building at the fair. The board’s In
vestigations showed that tho tent*
and cages in which the county chain-
gangs are now housed are not only
expensive but unsatisfactory and
that county supervisors vysnt some
thing better.
