Circulars and advertising matter fbr the fair win be distribut
ed along the route and at eaeh stop. At the schools there'will be ex
ercises and they willl.be urged to enter the athletic contests and the
agricultural exhibits. The fair premtam booklets have been finish
ed and will be distributed along the* rnnVe,
f2very automobile will be decorated for the trip. Pres. Tay
lor having had a-number of banners painted, and these banners
will be used besides decorating mateMsl*^It will be a festive oc
casion and every booster is expected |* leave his hammer at home,
and boost for Walterboro and CoHet^ county.
.At Bamberg a meeting of the dtirns has been called at th *,
town hall for 8:00 o’clock, and letters have beSn received trom
the niayor and others announcing that there will be a hearty wef-
come extended and the glad hand given. >
Smoaks is preparing a big pienic dinner fo^ the party, and as
a stop of more than an hour will be made at this interesting point
on ,the return Friday. Here the meeting w ill be hold at th»* school
and advertising matter distributed. From there the return to
Walterboro will b« made via Williams. Ruffin and Pei’.s.
It is expected that there will be about la automobiles front
Walterboro and a numbW of others will Join tht party at Hen
dersonville, Cottageville and Round.
