pipes is progressing in a highly sat
isfactory manne-. The ditching'nia-
ohLiC has been placed In com mis
sion and splendid progress is being
made. This machine Is capable of
dgglng a ditch 8 feet deep and 1,200
feet long in a day of ten ho,urs. It
has attracted quite a bit of attention
and when running there is usually
a good sixed crowd of spectators.
The wires are being stretched for
the electric lights, and the new ar
tesian well has Reached a depth of
560 feet.
