of indictmenta were handed to the
gran^ Jury, w-ho retired and in a
few minutes returned' with some
true bills on which the Court ma
chinery began to move. Judge
Moore did Hot take up the time of
the court with a charge to the
grand Jury, stating that thts igd
been, doyie at the first term of
Court for the year. One or two
small appeal caaes were heard w-hlle

turn with fil bills of indictment.
