In loving remembrance of Mr.
John M. Fender, of Lodge, who de
parted this life July 25, 1912.
A precious one from us hs-e gor»j.
To dwell among the blest.
And though we sadly mourn our lose
We are thankful, he is at At.
His noble life was manifest
In truth and kindly deeds.
Was faithful to c. promise made.
Would help In time of need.
Sleep on dear grandfather.
And take thy reet.
We loved thee well. *
But Jesus loved thee best.
It is sad that ora we cherish
Should be taken from our home.
But the Joys thz-t do not perish.
Live }n memory all alone. 4
Earth has lost its look of gladness
Heaven seems to us more bright.
Since the spirit of our dear one.
Took Its happy homeward flight.
Safe In the e-rms of Jesus.
Safe on his gentle breast.
There by his love o’er shadowed.
Sweetly his soul raw rests.
A loving granddaughter.
