State ' Farmers’ Union Mayesville. S <\, Sept. 13, 1911, twenty one in said district, praying said election be ordered. It is ordered under section 1208, of the Code of Civil Laws. 1902. that an election be held Saturday. Oct 7, 1911 at Buckhead school bouse' or other convenient place within said district and that only those persons who return real or personal property for taxation, and present registration certificates as provided in general elections be al lowed to vote at said election. Each elector favoring the proposed tax shall cast a ballot containing the words ‘‘For Additional Tax" printed or written thereon, and each elec tor opposed to said additional tax shall vote a ballot containing the words “Against Additional Tax’’ printed or written thereon Polla will be opened at 8 dclock a. m. and closed at 4 o'clock, p. m. O. P. Crosby, E. I). Herndon and Ashury Jones trustees of said dis trict are appointed managers to con duct said election.
