expert drainage engineer, and 4he
amount each land owner will pay

equalisers, who will asaeiis each
acre according to the anxount of
benefit received. Nothing is payah]
on theee hotels for tbFilrst five'
years after drafnage and then on
ly one-twentieth per year for twen
ty years. This will enable any land
owner to make his payments out of

A very enjoyable picnic was given
at Sullivan’s Perry on the Fourth
of July. The table was covered wit
good things to eel. and enjoyed by
