Hamflton Bigot, of the editorial
staff of Hie State, died after a very

Virginia D. Begot, the mother of

rious.
Mr. Bagot was 86 years of age,
and is survived by an uncle, Henry
Bagot. who is a veteran of the War
Between the Sections; an aunV Mrs.
Evander Speights, and four cousins,
Allen. Prank, William and Eugene
Searaon.
The remains will be brought from
the family home, “Rose Hill,” this
morning and the fjuneral services
and interment will be at Elmwood
cemetery at 11 o’clock, being con
ducted by Rev. T. J. Hegarty of St.
iter’s Catholic church. The fol-
owing will act as pallbearers: Stan
hope Sams. J as. H. Fowles, Brant-
ey Smith. A. H. Seats, Wm. E. Gon
zales and F. A. Coward.—The State,
