He attended the South Carolina Military Academy and since then has ceen closely iden tified with the militia of this State. He has held nearly every office in the Barnwell Military Company since lt>MJ to the present, being now cap tain. He was appointed Colonel on (lovemor Apsel’s staff in 1907. Colo nel Moore is in every way competent to fill this office and is by far better qualified than his opponent, and the |KH>ple of this county ought to see to it that her deserving sons are sup- her! ported always at the ballot box.
