“This Act shall go into~effect upon
its approval' by the governor, and
that all Acts or parts of Acts incon
sistent herewith, be, and, the same
are hereby, repealed,” repeals every
road law preceding this, ff this be
incorrect, then why have not the
county attorneys. Messrs. Griffin
and Padgett, advised the sfpervisor
that the bid law was still in effect?
