DEATH OF A LITTLE GIRL
On Friday afternoon, August
5th at 7:30 o’clock, little Janney,
daughter of Mr. and Mrs: Hiram
Hodges, died after an illness of
only nine days of fever.
Little Janney was a sweet lov
ing child and it was hard to give
her up when the cords of love
were so tightly drawn around the
little form we loved so dear, but
we have to submit to the will of
our Heavenly Father, who doeth
all things w’ell. Yet it was so
hard to part wi$h her. hut that a
blessed thought to know that she
is safe in t he arms of Jesus,
where we all should be striving
