A patty composed of trood roads
enthusiasts and experts have
begun a canvass of the State in
automobiles for {he purpoae of edu
cating the people to the £reat need
we have for improved highways, and
creating some enthusiasm amonjj
them. This campaign party is under
the management of the Volumbia
Daily Record, of which Jas. A. Hoyt
