Kinsey, who lived near Smoaks diei. Mr. Kinaey had been in feeble health for the past ten yean and the end wa» not unex pected. lie wa* a little past four •core years and has been blind for about ten years. About two months ago he accidentally fell and hurt, himself which he did not improve sufficient for him to be able to walk or be of any service to himself. Mr. Kinapy is survived by his wife. Mr*.
