Asbury Addison, who had his arm broken the first of October in his fathers gin, was carried to the hospital in Col umbia Thursday and had an operation^ petformed, on his arm. The bones had tailed to unite, and it was neccessary tor the surgeon performing the operation to clip the ends of the broken bone and unite them with silver wire. The* operation was very painful and Mr. Addison was very weak at last report. It is believed by the physicians that the opera tion will be successful. The attending physicians were Dr. W. A.
