Friday morning Jim Price was
granted bail and is now enjoying
his freedom again. It will be re
membered that Price was remanded
to jail in July of this year on ac-
oount of some trouble with his
bondsmen, since which time he has
been in confinement. Frjday the
bond of $3. 000 was prdperiy ex
ecuted and filed with the Clerk of
Court, and Price was turned loose,
to return to hit home near Lodge.
His bondsmen were F Padgett and
