sermons on the evils of the liquor
His sermons are masterly
efforts, and we are sorry mere of
our people could not bear them,
though good-sized congregations are
present. We trust that every minis
ter in Colleton county will take up
the refrain ard not let a Sunday
without giving this nefarious
business “the devil”, or consigning
it to the devil. This is especially
desirable just now in the light of
the fact that through the efforts of
Mr. Dodd and our other legislators
we have the light to vote on
this question in April.
