Mr and Mrs John D. Warren, Jr., re
turned to Waiter boro yesterday morn
ing from their wedding trip. After a
brief visit to the bride’s former home,
they left on the afternoon train for
Bivanuah, their fntare home. v
The last services of the year before
tho meeting of conference will be held
at the Methodist church next Bnndav.
The services will be in the nature of
Thanksgiving services and everyone is
oordtally invited to be present.
Rev T. T. Walsh conducted sen ices
at the Episcopal church morning and
eveuingbunday, Rev Walch is Gut-
eral Missaionary of this] Diocese and is
fast developing into a preacher of gmt
eloquence and ability.
We have recived an orange from Mr
G F Copeland of Getsinger, which was
grown on a tree in his yard. This tree
bore fifty-five this year and there are a
aloe, large and well flavored oranges as
we have seen in some time. We have
not yet discovered the fall possibility
of living in Colleton county.

mother Mrs L M Fripp, on Hampton
atieet, when her only daughter, Mias
Julia, was married to Mr Clare Fish,
borne, of Darien, Ga.
The ceremony was performed by the
Ray 'I' T Walch, of Columbia, in the
preeeace ot many fi lends and relatives.

The bride wore an exceedingly modish

in Darien to which point he took his
