Death of Gertrude Sullivan.
On the 9th day of April, 1906, the
death angel entered the home of
(ieorge Stillivan 4 and bore away hie
little nephew, Gertrude Sullivan,
age ten years and ten months. He
had been in bad health for some time.
Poor little fellow, his was a hard life.
He lost bis father, William iSnllivan,
and in six months his mother died;
then he was cared for by his grand
parents, Mr and Mrs Paul Walling.
They both died and his uncle, George
Sullivan. Mr Sullivan has no chil
dren of his own, and he and hu wife
placed their affections on Gertrude
and his other little brother. The good
Lord thought Gertrude had suffered
enough and sent His angel to bear
His little soul to His bosom, where
He could cheerish the little flower in
glory. He was a good little boy,
obedient, and affectionate. He leaves
two brothers and four sisters and
other relatives to mourn their loss.
But their loss is his eternal gain.
W* can only bow in hnmble submis
sion and say, “notour will, but Thy
will be done. ,T I^et us prepare to meet
him in the sweet bye and bye.
