The Board of Control for Colleton County met at their ottice in regular seflaion*on Thursday, April 5, 190§, and in pursuance to notice sent to C M Gibson and \V B Searson, dispen ser at Rantowles, proceeded to con sider a petition in reference to the dis pensary at Rantowles, which bad been sent down for their considera tion by the State Board of Directors. No one appearing to sustain the al legations of the petition, the board after waiting for an hour, heard Mr Searson, the dispenser at Rantowles. After hearing his statement, the pe tition was dismissed for want of prosecution. Tie board consideied that if any one was interested in having the dispensiry at Rsntowles run in a diflerent manner from the manner in which Mr Searson had run it, they should by proof have established the truth of their charge, and having failed to do so after no tification that snch board had no op tion except to dismiss the petition. • .
