Tax Tag attached thereto;
the said Tax Tag to be furnished
by the City Clerk
and Treasurer with a receipt
for said Tax, at the
time of payment thereof.
That after said date, any
dog or dogs found or appearing
upon the streets of
Union without having on
said collar and tag shall be
taken up and impounded, I
and notice of said impounding,
with description of said
dog shall be posted upon the
public bulletin Board, and
ulso in or near the Postotlice
for twenty-four (24) I
hours; that the owner or
person claiming said dog or
dogs may, within the time
limited recover said dog or
dogs upon the payment of
$2.00 for each dog so impounded.
Such dog or dogs
as shall not be reclaimed
by payment as aforesaid,
shall be killed; provided any
person or persons reclaiming
and paying for said dog
or dogs shall be entitled to a
Tax receipt and Tag, from
