(2) For the placing of (a) A gasoline, (b) An occupation tax, (c) An inheritance tax, (d) An increase in the corporation cense tax, (e) An income tax based on the 'ederrl Income Tnx Law not to exced 10 per cent of the total Federal ax assessed against each taxpayer. (f) A luxury tax, (3) To eliminate as far as possi-j le all taxes on tangible and visible roperty for the support of the stale :ovemment, these taxes to be ab orbed by other sources of revenue, uch as are listed in Section 2 of this tesolution.
