Mrs. Effie Hudgins, in the York jail for complicity in the killing of her husband, J. Pink Hudgins, I the last heard from had refused to touch a morsel of food for three days. Albert Zimmerman is alleged to have done the killing, and 'Mrs. Hudgins is charged with being accessory. Arrangements have been made to reopen the Enterprise Bank, of Charleston, *wihich recently closed its doors, on the condition that deposi I tors may not expect to withdraw any I funds deposited within a year. It is | said that many of the customers of the bank have agreed to the arrange* ment, and that the bank will be open in a few days. The body of a dead negro infant, was found in an Orangeburg well | recently, according to the Times and Democrat. Lawrence, Mass., Nov. 17.?A small bomb, the lighted fuse of which had been extinguished by the rain was found tonight on the steps of Hie Siait; armuij, micic a, laigc conclave of Masons were celebrating commencement of work on a newtemple. The bomb was four inches long. Police and fire department officials who analyzed it said it contained a high explosive. It was discovered by one of the Masons who was leaving the armory. No clue as to its origin had been obtained late tonight. 1 "Gen.
