ed by the Rev. John H. Graves, of
Latta, a brother-in-law of the bride.
The spacious veranda had been decorated
for the occasion with potted
plants and draperies of southern,
smilax and evergreens. One end had
been set apart for the bridal party,
and it was here that the altar had
been arranged. At the appointed
time the ribbon bearers, Miss Marion
Connor, sister of the bride, and little
Miss Louise McCullough, daughter of
the bridegroom, preceded the bridal
party and made a ribbon lane through
which the little flower girls, dainty
in pink dresses, entered strewing
rose petals. These pretty little misses
were Elizabeth Withington and Annie
Margaret Graves, nieces of the bride.
Miss Jessie Connor, as maid of honor,
entered with H. G. Turner as best
man. The bride entered upon the
arm of her brother, P. Stokes Connor,
who gave her away. The ring ceremony
of the Methodist church was
used.
The bride wore a most becoming
costume of beaded georgette over
charmeuse and white picture hat.
Following tne ceremuu.v a, icwpnuu
was tendered the bridal party, and
refreshments served by dainty little
maidens. Ice cream and several kinds
of cakes were served as well as fruit
punch, which was dispensed in the
gift room, ^fany beautiful and costly
gifts were displayed, attesting the
popularity of the bride.
Mr. and Mrs. McCullough left on
the afternoon train from Branchville
for Waynesville, X. C., where they
will spend two weeks, after which
they will be at home at Darlington.
Mrs. McCullough is pleasantly remembered
in Bamberg, having been
connected with Carlisle school last
year.
McCue-Munn.
Troy, June 2 6.?Beautiful in its
simplicity was the wedding of Miss
Lila McCue to George Munn, which
. took place at the home of the bride's
parents, "Hillcrest," McCormick county.
This attractive country home was
tastely decorated for the occasion,
lacy ferns, daisies and magnolia

Before the ceremony, which was
performed by the Rev. J. \Vr. Kesterson,
Miss Helen Harris, accompanied
by her mother, Mrs. J. S. Harris,
sank very sweetly, "I Love You
Truly."
Mrs. Harris also played the wod\
dng march and several other beautiful
selections.
The bride entered on the arm of her
matron of honor, her sister, Mrs. M.
R. Campbell, of Anderson. Miss
Eulalie Campbell, niece of the bride,
and Miss Clara McCue, her sister,
acted as bridesmaids.
All the attendants carried bouquets
of shasta daisies.
The bride's suit of blue tricotine,
with accessories to match, was most
becoming. She carried bride roses
and ferns.
Mrs. Munn is the daughter of Mr.
and Mrs. W. M. McCue, of McCormick.
Mr. Munn holds an important position
