ing to move; happenings are going to
come to pass; the inside is going to
be turned out! There is going to be
a literal, true-for-a-fact, shonuff
l shake-up! Now, prepare for it. Here
goes:

ble offer. Look at the clubs that

ed that everybody can get one or
more. If you have only a few subscriptions,
you can surely arrange
them into a club, and thereby, avail
yourself of a big extra vote bonus.
V Booster Period November 13-20.
^ Booster Period is from Saturday,
{ November 13th, to Saturday, November
2'0th, inclusive. There are three
more weeks now, and every minute
_ taust count, if you calculate on win|
ning one of the big prizes. The last
period is going to start off in a
fij^. grand rush, and to make things hum,
K >; the clubs will prevail for one week
L only, or rather, to be exact, seven
? : work days.
Wf / 10,000 Extra Votes Every Day.
Every day during this booster pe|
riod, the contestant turning in the
if largest amount in subscriptions will
. - be awarded 10,000 extra votes. Now,
; there is no reason why you should
imt sret those 10.000 votes. It may
not take a great many subscriptions
^ to win the extra votes, as the offer
is open for each one of the seven big
' days. There will be no more Boost\
er Periods during this contest. There
will be no more opportunities to get
10,000 votes extra for" the largest
^|f: amount of subscriptions turned in in
/ * a single day, so don't wait, but get
in just as many subscriptions as you
| possibly can every day during the

Every contestant should work for

\ . riod. Work is what counts. Work
will be rewarded every day during
:v; the period, and in addition "extra
? votes will be given for clubs. We
want everybody to share in these
clubs, so they have been arranged
from as few as three one-year subscriptions,
so there will be no exv
cu6e for any contestant failing to get

I Keep in the game. If you have
gotten behind, don't get discouraged.
Get to work?that is the thing to
do. There is no possible chance for
Vou to lose. You get; a valuable
prize, else you get a good check for

Here's a Suggestion.
Now that the contest is drawing
toward a close, we have a suggestion
to make. Every one of your friends
should now come to your aid. Don't
overlook a single one of them. You
have a plenty of friends to win the
capital prize for you. Better make a
list of your friends and make it a
point to see every one of them during
the next ten days. Carry a pencil
and paper with you, and when you
think of a name, jot it down before
you forget. Keep the people on your
list well informed as to your standing,
and see that they work for you.
Don't delay. Hitch up old Dobbin ,
| and get on your way toward getting
that big prize. It's worth working
for. If it wasn't, we would not give
it. Don't depend on just getting the
few subscriptions right around you
and think that that will get you a
$150.00 suite of furniture, because
it w'lDnot. You must get out in the
county. Visit every section of Bam
berg county, and the neighboring sections
in other counties. Go where
you will. There are subscriptions
waiting on you at every cross road;
all you have to do to get them is to
go after them. Try it. Get'a horse
and buggy. If you haven't got' one,
it will pay you to borrow one. Take
a free delivery route. See every one
on the route?house by house. Don't
kmiss a single one. For there's a dollar
and a half, or maybe three dollars
or more, waiting for you at
every house. Just let us know where
you want to go, we'll furnish you the
lists for any point.
Special Notice.
The contestants are asked to take
especial notice of the fact that there
will be no time during the remainder
of the contest that they will be able
to secure so large a bonus as during
the Booster Period. - This is to be
a real Booster Period, and there will
be no larger bonuses offered at any
time during the contest. So no contestant
need expect that there will be
a better time to send in their subscriptions,
for there will not be. This
is positively as large a bonus as will
be offered.
