Sheriff Dychea.and his deputy, VV.
A. Hayes, made a raid Saturday at
the home of Arthur Jenkins, colored,
near Elko,,and found seven bottles of
liquor hidden in his Barm Jenkins
was arrested and Inter released on
bond for his appearance at Court.

W. Humphries eonduetod a series of
revival services in the Ulackville
Methodist church. A greci'l deal of in

was gratified with the spirit which
pervaded the revival and which drew
many new members into the church.
