be held in Savannah at an early date.

SCHOLARSHIP AND ENTRANCE
EXAMINATION
The examination for the award of
vacant Scholarships in Winthrop Col
lege and for admission of new students
will he held at the County Court
House on Friday, July it, and Satur
day, July 4, at 9 a. m. Applicants'
must-be not less than sixteen years of
siye. When Seh(4ajships are vacant
after July 4, they will he awarded to
those, making the highest average at
hibit of sewiny, both plain and fancy,
and the products of the carpenter
shop. Annie Butler, wife of Georye
