pital, awaiting a serious operation.

is anxiously hoped for by hosts of
friends in South Carolina.

In last week s report of news from
here there was a mistake in the in
formation about Mr. Perry Eubanks’
little son. A window sash did no'
fall on his head, hut the boy L11 on a
piece of "broken window pane and cut
a bad gash in his leg, which confined
him to his bed for nearly a week. He
is up now and going around as usual.
