Description of Circuit.
Mr. Kosnick's patent description of
his circuit follows:
Referring specifically to the drawing,
the vacuum tube which is shown at V'
la of the three electrode type, the plate
being Indicated at I*. the filament at F

The plate 1* Is connected in circuit
with the usual battery and connected

tion. All of these advantages are due
to the fact that there is no electric con-
nection between the grid and plate.
While the tuning elements In the cir
cuit are slirnwn as a variometer and
variable condenser. It Is obvious that

Service Men Are Urged
to Investigate First

go to Washington to press their claims
without sullieient funds to sustain
th,em until their papers arrive in Wash
ington, and soon find themselves In
desperate circumstances. The Legion
and other agencies, in the city are not
able to care for the norjnal load of
transient former service men arriving
In Washington without funds on one
mission or another.
