The m.-eting will be held September 11, 12 -and 13 Frank A. 1’ierson. president of the eommereial secretaries’ organization, named as the program committee, Charles Morrison, secretary of the FJor* nce chamber of commerce, chair- man; F. J. Trotter, secretary of the Camden Kershaw chamber of com merce, George Games, secretary of the Greenwood chamber of com- merce; James P. Moon, secretary of trib Newberry chamber of commerce, and Meigs. 11. Russell, secretary of the Charleston chamber of commerce. Instead of following the usual cus tom whereby most of the topics are discussed by the secretaries them selves, the committee decided upon a new course of learning for the various secretaries of the state.
