narrow escapt^ from serious injury
Sunday afternoon while returning
home from Columbia. A Hudson
.Super-six, being driven at a high rate
of speed by a negro man, struck their
coupe on the outskirts of Denmark
and damaged- it considerably. The
negro’s car turned completely over,
entirely wrecking it and injuring the
driver and the other occupant, also
a negro. Mr. Birg, who is-from New
York, kajr'heeh making his home in
Barnwell for several months.
