A New Business for Rarnwell.
The people of this section will be
interested in the announcement that
Mr. Sparks, of Beaufort, president
of a chain of 5 and 10-cent stores,
has rented the Moseley building on
Main Street in the ttty and will open
a store here about September 14th.
It would seem that such a business
should meet with instant success here,
as they have proved so popular in
other cities. The people of Barn
well will be rl»<J to welcome Mr.
Sparks.

1866, and before her marriage was
Miss Anna. Black. \She firSt - married
Mr. Williant Sander*, wno died in
1892, leaving her with two children,
one soh, Willie Sanders, and one
daughter, Mattie Sanuers. In 1896
she married Mr. Willie Zissett, who
survives her, together with the fo
lowing children: Mrs. Mattie S.
Wood, Mrs. Lena Ayer, Mrs. Leitfia
Joyner, Messrs. Willie Sanders, Rob
bie, Barney, Bernie and Furman
Zissett. She is also survived by one
sister, Mrs. Eddie Zissett, of Barn
well, three brothers, Messrs. Seaborn
Black, of Blackville, Jutson Black, of
Klir«s, and William R. Black 0 f Govan;
her father, Mr. A. M. Black' of Go-
van, md ten grandchildren.
