Porter, bearing date vr.e 3rd day of
November, 1919, said mortgage cover-
ing:
“All those two certain lota or par
cels of land with the buildings there
on, situate, lying and being in the
town of Barnwell, State and County
above named, delineated'on a plat of
Jas. M. Patterson, surveyor, dated
the 15th day of January, 1906, and
recorded in the Office of the Clerk
of Court for Barnwell County, as lots
No. 5 and measuring one hundred and
thirty feet on Main Street and
measuring in depth one hundred and
seventy nine, and lot No. 15 measur
ing one hundred and twenty-nine
feet on Kline street and running back
to lot No. 5, one hundred and seventy-
nine feet on Brown Avenue; on the
South by Kline Street and on the
West by lots Nos. 4 and 6, being the
same property conveyed to J. A.
Porter by Jennie Broivn, by her deed
dated November 2nd, 1906, and re
corded in the office of Clerk of Court
for Barnwell County in Book 7-0, page
150," which mortgage U recorded in
