tate given to the Barnwell County
Building and Loan Association. _by
L. P. Wilson on the 7th day of Nov.,
1919, the said mortgage being re
corded on the 13th day of Novem
ber, 1919, in the office of Clerk of
Court for Barnwell County, said
State, in book 8-R, page 606, and the
said L. P. Wihnm and Nan Wa|:et
Wilstm, his grantee, having admitted
in wrmTrg that they w’ere in ar
rears for more that three months on
payments due thereon, and having
likewise admite<^ on the —day of
Jan., 1923, the amount due on said
mortgage and the bond it was given
to secure, the said admissions hav
ing been duly recorded as provided
by law, tho said Barnwell County
Building and Loan association will
sell to the highest bidder for cash
in front of the Court House at Barn
well, S. C., on Monday, the 5th day
of March, A. D. 1923, the same be
ing salesday in said month, during
the legal hours of sale the following
described property:
All that lot, pi'ece or parcel of
land situate, lying and being in the
County of Barnwell, S. C., contain
ing' about one-half acre ami bounded
as follows: North by lot of J.
Black, Jr.; south by Hagood Avenue;
East by i w t of J. W. Walker; and
