By virtue of a decretal order to me directed in the above entitled cause, I will sell at Barnwell, in front of the Court House, on Monday, the seventh day of November, 1921, it twins? salesday in said monthh, with in the lepal hours of sale, the follow ing described real estate, to-wit: All that parcel, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings thereon, in the town of Williston, County of Barnwell, State of South Carolina, known as lots Nofl. 8, 9 and 10, in Block A, and lots Nos. 17, 18 and 19 in Block A as shown by a plat of what is known as the “Mrs. A. M. Brown property,” matte by W. G. Plapwitz, Civil Enjoneer, on the 13th day of December, 1916, and record ed in the office of the Clerk of Court for Barnwell County in Book 5-G, papre 614, on the 20th d&y of Decem ber, 1916. The said tract of land of which this is a part lying on the East side of Columbia road and adjoining the lands now or formerly owned by W. C. Smith, J. N. Bolen, S. A. Wise and W. T. Willis. The above described property be ing the same lots conveyed to me by W. T. Willis, during the year 1916, viid deed of conveyance being record ed in book 9-B, page 255, in the of fice of the Clerk of Court for Barn well County. Upon the failure of the purchaser ta comply with his r>id, the Master is directed to resell the property up on the next or some subsequent sales- day at the risk of the former pur chaser. NOTICE OF ELBCTION A petition having been filed in ac cordance with section 1742, general school law of 1921, rorice is hereby given that an election will be held in Tinker’s Creek District No. 40 on Friday, Oct. 21. 1921, for the purpose of determining whether or not a special school tax of six (6) addi tional mills shall be levied in the a- hove named school district. The said election shall be conducted as is provideed by law for the holding of general elections.
