He died at the age of seventy-nine.

Funeral services were conducted at
the residence on Oct 1st at 4 p. m.,
by hig pastor, the Rev. D. iy. Heckle,
assisted by Dr. W. M. Jones, of Barn
well. Interment followed at the fam
ily burying ground, the following be-,
ing the pall-bearejrs: P. T. Mitchell,
M. B. Self, Tom Hair, Lee Williams,
Arthur Kennedy and Bob Hair.
