Coker, at Hartsville, were the source
of the facts and conclusions, some of
which are here given:.
The results of experience for four
years on the Coker farm show conclu
sively that if fodder Is pulled when

General reorganization of the Co
lumbia office of the department of
justice is expected in the next few
days when Howard P. Wright, now in
charge of the Savannah district, ar
rives in Columbia to assume control
of the two; judicial districts in South
Carolina and one in North Carolina
This district will be greatly strength
ened, it is understood, and instead of
one and two men, working here as
heretofore at least five or six will be
under Mr. Wright, it is believed.
