government motorization of collection
and delivery of all mails in Columbia

superintendent of motor vehicle serv

recently, the formation of a market
ing association was perfected. -
George Bowman of the Orangeburg
association was present and with him
was Mr. Seignious, official grader for
Orangeburg. After a full discussion
it was decided that the association
should be formed at once and a lic
ensed grader secured- The associa
tion also put itself on Record as pro
posing to secure an official seller.
