NOTICE, DEMOCRATS!
Pursuant to the rules of the Demo
cratic party of South Carolina, the
president of each Democratic dub in
Barnwell County is requested to call
a meeting of his club, designating the
hour thereof, to be holden on Satur
day, April 24th, 1920, for the purpose
of reorganizing and electing officers
for the ensuing term; also to elect a
county executive committeeman and
delegates to the county convention
which is hereby called to meet in the
court house at Barnwell S. C., on Mon
day, May .'Ird, 1920, at noon.
"The convention shall be composed
of delegates elected from the clubs in
the county, one delegate for every 25
members and one delegate for a ma
jority fraction thereof, based upon the
number of votes polled in the first
primary of the preceeding election
