Polaoninf The Boll WeeviL
According to Mr. Coad, the origi
nator of the plan of using Calcium Ar-
sennate dust to poison the boll weevil,
there is great possibilities to the use
of the poison.
At the present time there has not
been perfected a suitable two horse
machine for applying the poison.
There are, however, several reliable
concerns who claim that they, have
perfected such a machine, at the
same time we must see such machine
in operation before making any state
ment as to their value.
I have a few available bulletins
gotten out by Mr. Coad and will be
glad to send one to any person de
siring one. The fanner must take
great cart in purchasing such machin
ery or his money will be thrown away.
We are hopeful that soon the process
of poisoning will have passed the ex
perimental stags.
