It u Freedom from Vibration-Greater Endurance, 72 Per Cent More Power and Me-
chanical Simplicity.. No Other Car Can Use It. So Hudson Holds Records.
bLjh**.-. '. - - —None Have Equalled.

Consider what led to the Super-Six. .
* « • • * ' ' ~
It was vibration, which limits a motor’s power and
quickly undermines its endurance.
Engineers worked for years to solve that problem.
.Some added cylinders and increased weight. They fell
short of their hopes.
But without more cylinders, or weight, Hudson engi
neers discovered the principle that gives 72 per cent
greater power and increases endurance to limits un
matched in any other motor, as proved in countless of
ficial records.
• So nearly did they reach the ideal, that were it not for
the Hudson patent, all fine car makers must surely adopt
the Super-Six. - •
But as lludagn has the sole right to it. to* Super-Six is
the largest selling fine car in the world. It has held that
leadership f«»r four years, because men know that up other
t> pe ha* shown such proof* of supremacy.
In This Particular, Too,
-= ll Haa No Rival.
Those records still belong to Hudson. And yet such
advancement has been made in the present Super-Six we
have no doubt it could easily excel those performances.
But since those early Hudson records established the
endurance we sought to prove and are way beyond the
best attempts of rivals, we two years ago withdrew from
contest work. j
^ Note How its Improvement
Came About.
Every speed and endurance test taught ways to make
a better Super-Six. And as the number of users in
creased. they added to our knowledge. So before the
present Hudson was ready, 60.000 owners of earlier mod
els had done their (part in ita development.
Every detail has been brought up to the standard of
the Super-Six motor. The endurance of the motor'ha*
been built into every part of the car. In this new mod
el we have attained a completeness in mechanical per
n that makes Hudson unrivaled in quality.
