Although the arguments for _ a
change of venue in the case of George
D. Kirkflahd, John Dunbar and E. C.
Lewis, 4 charged with murder in con
nection with the killing of H. D. Mar-
ley, were scheduled for last Satur
day mcming, Judge Rice, who had
gone on a fishing trip did not reach
Allendale in time to hear the argu
ments and they were postponed. It
is expected that they will be heard at
the next term of court. The motion
was made by counsel for the prose
cution^—Allendale County Citizen.
