All foods are flavored to make them
palatable. All smoking tobaccos are treated
with some flavoring for the same reason.
But there is a big difference in the Quality
and kind of tobacco flavorings. Tuxedo,
the finest of properly aged hurley tobacco,
uses the purest, most wholesome and
delicious of all flavorings—
chocolate! That is why “Your
Nose Knows” Tuxedo from all
other tobaccos—by its delicious
pure fragance.
Try This Teat: Rub a little Tuxedo
briskly in the palm of your hand'to
bring out its full aroma. Then smell it
deep—its delicious, pure fragrance
will convince you. Try this test with
any other tobacco and we will let
Tuxedostand or fall on your judgment.

Greenville,—-In accordance with the
recommendations made at Spartan
burg last month by the cotton mill of-
ficials of the State, the cotton mills
of Greenville have inaugurated the 55
hour a week schedule. Previous to
this agreement the number of hours
worked each week was 60. It is re
ported that all the mills of this sec
tion entered upon the new schedule.
Practically 7.000 employes in and
around Greenville will be affected,
while other mills throughout the
county will swell this number consid
erably.
A leading cotton manufacturer here,
who is a member of the executive
committee of the South Carolina Cot
ton Manufacturers’ Association, said
that probably ?»0 per cent of the cot
ton mills of tbe State had inaugurated
the new schedule.
