Byrnes has introduced a bill provided for the donation of a German cannon or field pidee to the town of ..Barnwell. _ Bill Favorably Reported. Last Week Representative James E. Davis, of Bahiwell, introduced a bill in the Legislature to prohibit the mov ing of any county seat in the State to a point within three miles of a county line. Delegates from Barnwell and Blackville were in Columbia Monday and Tuesday for and against the pro posed measure, which was favorably reported by the Judiciary Committee Tuesday afternoon. It was scheduled to come up for second reading in the No. 11287.
