1918, ordering the holding of laid ex
tra term of this court, be and the same
is hereby revoked;:and that the ju
rors and witnesses summoned for said
extra term do not attend. .
It is further ordered, that an extra
or special term of said court of Gen
eral Sessions for Barnwell County be
held beginning on the third Monday
in December next, being (> the 16th day
of said month, and to continue for one
week, if, so much time be necessary, to
be presided over by the judge assigned
to hold the Fall term of said ^ourt,
and making this order; and that “the
grand jury for the year 1918 do attend
upon said extra term, and that a petit
jury be drawn to attend the same, and
that parties bound over as defendants
or witnesses to attend at the last reg
ular term of this court, which was
held in October IQl'S, do appear at
said, extra or special, term of this
court to be held pn thtf third Monday in
December next.
It is further ordered that the Clerk
of this court shall give fifteen days
notice by advertisement in the county
papera of the time and place for the
holding of said special or extra term
of. this court.

Upon his appointment to his pres
ent office several years ago, Capt.
Main moved his family to Barnwell
and during their residence here they
have won the hearts of a wide circle
of friends who will greatly miss the
