Pay the Fiddler
They say that those who dance
should pay the fiddler, and they us
ually do, but this paying the fiddler
keepe some people poor all'their lives.
Not necessarily to be taken liter
ally, but in a general sense, thhia hav
ing a good time hhaa been paid for,
no matter what the fun ~ May
be. If everything is given up
to see how good a time you can
have, the “fiddler’s bills,” of one sort
and another will keep you broke. It's
a good plan to lay aside a sum, s sav
ings for a possible day of trouble. A
savings account is a better reliance
than p lot of receipted “fiddler’s bills."
