This contest is conducted by this paper. .
It is open to any white child under Kryears of age.
No agents employed. A fair deal is promised all contestants
who enter.
Not less than 5 votes will be issued.
Votes will be given on all subscriptions according to the scale
printed elsewhere. Also votes dn all job work— 1 vote for
each cent.
Rules Few and Simple.
For each subscription to this paper
votes will be given according to the
length of the subscription.
All stubs from receipts denoting
number of votes to which the contest
ant is entitled must be turned in each
week.
