Mixyp, of Williston, baa been appointed a delegate to rep* resent the South Carolina Commercial Congress at the National Foreign Trade Convention, which will be held id Washington at the Raleigh House, May 27-28. This convention will he partici pated fn by representative business leaders from all parts of *the United States who are interested in the sub ject of foreign trade. Washington, May, 23.—William 0. Bradley, United States Senator from Kentucky, died here at 9:45 P. M., af ter a lingering illness aggravated by fall. . Senator William 0. Bradley was one of the most distinguished Republican leaders of Kentucky in his generation. An orator of unusual ability, for forty years he had been prominent before the people of his State and the nation.
