7. There have been some complaints
in reference to railroad crossings.
These we have communicated to the
Supervisor, and we again recommend
that the railroads be required to main
tain their crossings properly.

Fast Friday evening at the Baptist
Pastorium in Barnwell was a very en
joyable occasion At that time the
church tendered a reception to its new
members Notwithstanding the es-

Aiken Board of Cetra) to Put Dispensary
at Ellenten
Aiken, July 22.—The board of control
for the Aiken county dispensary de
cided this afternoon to establish a
branch dispensary at Ellenton, making
the eighth dispensary in this county.
David Crosland of Eflenton was elected
dispenser. Some EHenton citizens have
endeavored to secure this, whilefnum-
erous citizens of the municipality were
bitterly opposed to the project. The
board heard arguments pro and con on
the matter about two weeks ago, but
reserved its decision until this afternoon.
